Responsibility During Hire
The hirer is fully responsible for the equipment from the time of pickup or delivery until it is returned and inspected by Sunbury Diggers.

Damage to Equipment
Any damage occurring during the hire period is the responsibility of the hirer, regardless of cause.

Includes accidental or negligent damage

Tracks, buckets, hydraulics, panels, and accessories

Repair costs will be charged to the hirer
Loss or Theft
The hirer is responsible for securing the equipment at all times.

Full replacement cost applies if lost or stolen

Police report required in the event of theft

Hire charges continue until incident is reported
Insurance & Liability

You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the hire

Sunbury Diggers does not provide insurance unless agreed in writing

Any insurance excess (if applicable) is payable by the hirer

Uninsured losses are fully chargeable
