Third-Party Damage
Any damage caused to third-party property, structures, or services during the hire period is the sole responsibility of the hirer.
Excess & Repairs
If an insurance claim is made, the hirer is responsible for the full insurance excess. Any repair costs not covered by insurance will be charged to the hirer.
Insurance Coverage

Sunbury Diggers may hold insurance coverage on hired equipment where applicable. This coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, negligence, overloading, or failure to operate the machine safely.

The hirer remains responsible for all damage not covered by insurance, including excess costs, repairs, and associated downtime.
