Fuel Policy

All machines are supplied with a full tank of diesel

Equipment must be returned with a full tank unless agreed otherwise

A fuel surcharge may apply if returned with insufficient fuel
Fuel Surcharge Fees

Refuelling charges apply if the tank is not full on return

Fees are calculated based on fuel required plus handling time

Charges ensure equipment is ready for the next hire
Incorrect Fuel Usage

Only diesel fuel may be used in the machine

Damage caused by incorrect fuel is the hirer’s responsibility

Repair, recovery, and downtime costs may apply
Condition on Return

Machine must be returned clean and tidy

Excessive dirt or mud may incur cleaning charges

Normal wear and tear is accepted
