Delivery Available
Up to 5 km : $25
6 km – 20 km : $50
21 km – 60 km : $100
* Fees are charged each way
Late Returns
Up to 1 hour late: $50
1–3 hours late: $100
Over 3 hours late or next-day return: Full daily hire rate ($250)
Late fees apply due to scheduling commitments and lost hire time.
Cancellations
More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee
24–48 hours’ notice: $125 (50%)
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: $250 (Full daily rate)
Delivery or pickup fees already incurred may also be charged.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Weather-related cancellations or postponements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where possible, hires may be rescheduled subject to availability. Cancellation fees may still apply if the machine has already been allocated or delivered.
